Partnerships for EMPLOYEE HEALTH & wellbeing

Is your organisation looking for an innovative Health Partnership that expertly supports the health needs of your team, employees and business?

Jarvia's integrated approach addresses and treats the 4 biggest concerns for employee health in 2024, which are also the top 4 reasons for sick days in the UK, namely: neck and back pain, musculoskeletal and work-related injuries, sleep problems and stress. Let's begin by discussing your needs with an in-person, online or on-site consultation.

Each corporate health partnership is tailored to the size, culture and health goals of your organisation, and benefits include priority appointments, corporate discounts and continuity of care. The Corporate Health Partnership supports organisations to enjoy a happier, healthier and more energised workforce, by providing employees with quick access to expert help, specialist advice, treatments, coaching, rehab and other clinical services, for pain relief, injury recovery and better levels of fitness and health.

Why a health partnership is necessary for your business, now more than ever before

Studies show that employees are more satisfied, more likely to perform better and more willing to stay in their jobs when they are pain-free, less stressed and supported by workplace health services. Investing in your employees' health with a dedicated health partner allows your business to improve morale, attract and retain talented workers, and reduce absenteeism and presentism.

The current UK National Health Service crisis and shortcomings are a real challenge for all those dependent on it. Major concerns are growing about an overstretched and underfunded NHS, which has left ‘unacceptable waiting times' for those on waiting lists for appropriate tests, specialist referrals, diagnosis and treatment. This has a knock-on effect with delays for the UK workforce accessing the right type of care and recovery, who too often return to work with persistent pain and unresolved problems.

Stressed, tired and in pain employees are more likely to call in sick, provide poor performance, and look elsewhere for healthier opportunities. The subsequent negative impact on employers is also substantial when considering the economic cost of absenteeism, presenteeism, delays in returning to work, long-term disability, and dependency on a medical system already failing to cope with the demands placed upon it.

The last 3 Annual Sickness and Absence Reports by Orangebox since 2020 reveal the greatest concerns facing UK employees' health today:

  • Access to specialist care
  • Waiting lists and times, and an overstretched NHS
  • Inadequate MSK treatment and rehab options in an overstretched NHS
  • Musculoskeletal disorders
  • Back pain
  • New forms of work injuries
  • High stress levels
  • Increased sleep deprivation
  • Visual and hearing impairment
  • Work-overload
  • Poor work-space and conditions
  • Over-demanding / inflexible work schedule

I was lucky enough to meet Jarvia on set with a new shoulder injury during production. Jarvia assessed me and told me what the problem was, treated me there and then on location, which was great, and which saved me a whole day missing work to queue in AandE. I felt instantly better after her session and only needed a couple of treatments to fully sort my injury. I come back to her whenever I feel pain in my back and shoulder. Needless to say, I have highly recommended Jarvia to quite a few colleagues and friends since.
