In 2022 Jarvia recorded her first therapeutic album with producer Paul Epworth, at Church Studios in London. The album, Sonosynthesis, was created with the listener in mind, designed to help them drift effortlessly into a deep, peaceful sleep - wherever they are, however they are feeling, no matter what they may be going through. Sonosynthesis does what it says on the label, it provides sound energy, to convert into deep rest for healing, repair and rebalance. The album will be released in 2025.
